Beth Tardalo

Beth Tardalo is a seasoned executive assistant with over two decades of experience supporting C-suite executives across multiple high-profile organizations. She excels in managing complex operational frameworks, coordinating executive onboarding, and maintaining critical sales and client funnels.

Beth spent a decade at JPMorgan Chase as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, where she provided administrative and strategic support, managed international travel, and prepared client briefings. She also played a critical role in project planning, fiscal management, and implementing communication strategies across the executive team.

Prior to her time at JPMorgan, Beth served for over six years at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, supporting the Director of Branch System and CAO of the Private Client Group. Her early career also includes impactful roles at Smith Barney and Federated Department Stores, where she built a strong foundation in vendor contracts, recruitment coordination, and high-level marketing support.

Since 2021, Beth has leveraged her extensive expertise as a Fractional Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to CEOs and COOs. She is adept at composing strategic proposals, building referral relationships, and performing deep-dive research to ensure executive alignment.

Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University and studied at the Katherine Gibbs School. Her diverse skill set in project management and client relations makes her an invaluable asset to the TRJ leadership team.
