Tom is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with over 30 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting companies across financial services, enterprise SaaS, and business advisory.

As President of Northeast Securities, Tom grew the firm from startup to $40 million in gross revenue. As founding investor, Chairman, and CEO of Xtiva Financial Systems, he quadrupled recurring revenue and positioned the B2B SaaS company as an industry leader before securing a strategic exit in 2023.

At TRJ Consulting Services, Tom leverages his founder’s perspective to help growth-stage and middle-market companies access fractional C-Suite talent, prepare for capital raises, and navigate M&A transactions. His firsthand experience building companies from the ground up enables him to identify precisely what executive resources and strategic guidance organizations need at every critical inflection point.

A relationship-driven leader grounded in his early career in public accounting, Tom believes authentic partnerships are the foundation of sustainable business success. He holds a BBA from Hofstra University and resides in Westchester County, New York, with his wife and four children.
